Change of mind returns
If you have changed your mind about an item you have ordered you will need to return the item unopened and unused in the original packaging within 10 business days. For change of mind returns a postage cost of $10 per order will be deducted from all refunds.
Faulty/Damaged/Incorrect item Return
If you have received a faulty, damaged or an incorrect item in your order please contact us with a detailed description and if possible a photo of the item within 5 business days.This will allow us too ship a replacement item as soon as possible.
